175cc GY6 Scooter Racing Engine (Short Case) with Performance Transmission
Our BDX Racing Engine Comes with Performance Transmission for Better Power Transfer to the Wheels:
Our BDX High Performance Racing engine is the only new 175cc GY6 Scooter engine sold or manufactured in the USA. We bore out the case and install a 62mm big bore cylinder, piston and rings in your new engine.
With our 175cc BDX racing engine you'll have the power that you need to have your scooter on the highway with fast driving cars. It also comes with our BDX high performance transmission which includes the following:
You will not find this engine anywhere else.
Don't be fooled by others selling the 61mm 169cc or 172cc engines with stock transmissions, no boring, and no testing. The 61mm cylinder has a thinner wall unlike the 62mm cylinder. We bore the case, in our facility in the USA, to make room for our thicker walled 62mm cylinder. The case is bored out, on our 5000 pound metal lathe to accept the larger thicker wall 62mm cylinder. Others selling the 61mm are being lazy and not doing the hard work to get you the power and reliability that you deserve. And below are the results that you get with the thin wall.
