How the Program Works

If your vehicle experiences a mechanical issue during the warranty period and you have Pickup & Delivery Insurance, BDX will coordinate the entire process.

Vehicle Pickup

BDX will arrange pickup of your vehicle and transport it to our service facility.

Replacement Vehicle Delivered

At the time of pickup, we deliver a replacement vehicle so you can continue working.

Professional Repair

Our technicians diagnose and repair your vehicle under the applicable warranty coverage.

Vehicle Returned

Once repairs are complete, we return your vehicle and pick up the leased replacement unit.

Owner Advantage Replacement Vehicle Lease

Customers enrolled in the program receive access to replacement vehicles at a preferred discounted lease rate.

Owner Advantage Lease Rate:
$499 per month

This provides a reliable backup vehicle at a rate that is significantly lower than typical commercial rental pricing.

Without enrollment, replacement vehicles are subject to standard commercial rental rates and availability.

One-Time Enrollment Fee:
