No fabrication is required for installation. This is a bolt-on kit.

The included fully sealed maintenance-free wheel bearings will need to be installed in your hubs along with the spacer that comes with this kit (details below).

INSTALLATION

Before you begin, remove the original bearings and seals from your wheel hub.

Step 1. Slide the DOM Spacer onto the axle shaft.

Step 2. Slide the Large bearing and Insert Sleeve onto the axle shaft.

Step 3. Insert the axle shaft assembly into the rear of your hub, sliding over the large bearing on the shaft.

Step 4. Now slide the small bearing onto the shaft, and tighten the entire assembly down using the Axle Nut. The Insert Spacer and bearings will press themselves into proper location as you tighten the axle nut.

Clarification: The Insert Sleeve is meant to fit inside of the large bearing as shown. No press is required, follow the steps above.
