BDX Heavy Duty Header Pipe Description:
BDX's header is thick American steel tubing. No small necks or step ups, just straight heavy duty. It's an easy install one piece pipe. This thing is going to hold up. It's fitted with a universal 51mm outlet, so you can use a wide variety of slip-on sportbike mufflers! Get rid the stock and get something built to last. GY6 engines are one of the most reliable & most used engines in the entire world, unfortunately it is paired with cheap parts and that's where we step in. GY6 engines easily last up to 10-15 years If maintained and taken care of properly, get parts that last the life of the vehicle instead of continually replacing parts.
Our header made from thick American tubular steel. It isn't going to crack or break over time like your original. No bottlenecks or step-ups like your original two-piece header. Also, our header flange to the engine is a true hefty 1/4" thick. You won't get any warping from ours. Our header is built to outlast the rest of your machine.
