If you want more low end torque to kick up dirt and gravel or faster top end speed you can get this with this package.  The PowerPak includes the

This package works especially well for those 170cc, 184cc and so called 200cc buggies, go karts, side-by-side.  The go karts such as the Dong Fang, Falcon or side-by-sides just dont have the punch that they should have for a 170cc vehicle.  This is because some adjustments are needed in the transmission to deliver the power and/or torque.  These engines have plenty of power you just have to get that power to the wheels.  

If you are getting a performance racing engine it is a must to get the PowerPak with it.  If you have a powerful engine you want a powerful transmission to transfer that power to your wheels the way that you want it.

The 115mm and variators are designed with steeper roller ramp angles for an improved acceleration and hill climbing. The revised roller ramp angles delay the CVT up-shifting process until the engine's powerband is reached - starting at approximately 6500rpm.

This keeps you well within good power range even at low speeds, and optimizes acceleration RPM when flooring it.

High Stall Clutch

  • Higher RPM engagement 
  • Better hill climbing
  • Better towing
  • Power over obstacles 

This clutch unit engages at higher RPM with more force than the standard clutch. This helps during steep hill climbing, towing, or when forcing the front end up over large obstacles. This unit provides a better launch from a stand still as well.

 

POWER SPRING, 1500RPM

 

  • Extended Low Gear
  • Reduces Belt Slippage
  • Doesn't reduce top speed
This stiffer transmission spring keeps your CVT transmission in lower gear longer, allowing higher RPMs at lower speeds. This extends the amount of throttle you can apply at low speeds, and ultimately allowing more low-gear power to the wheels before the transmission begins to shift to higher gearing ratios. This is important for buggies where low-end power is what we're after.

 

The 1500RPM spring also puts higher tension on the belt, reducing slippage in tough situations.

This is our High-Flow Uni Filter Intake Kit. Original air boxes on GY6 150's usually aren't very good at filtering and leak an unacceptable amount of dust and debris leading to premature engine failure. This kit eliminates the stock air box altogether, mounting directly to the carburetor. This filter setup is hydrophobic, meaning that it repels water and is perfect for riding in even down pouring rain.

It comes fully assembled and bolts on. Filter is to be oiled before using.  The two filter elements are washable, reusable, and can be used over and over. Comes with filter, connector assembly to attach to carb and oil.

Note: When oiling use the UNI oil provided and NOT K&N or motor oil or some other oil. They will NOT work. UNI oil is a tacky formula specifically designed for the large pores of the UNI filter. Use Genuine UNI oil or the filter will NOT be effective! When dirty wash with soap and warm water and re-oil filter.

INSTALLATION TIPS--PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING:

When installing the filter allow the hoses to hang. There is positive air flow from the hoses and nothing will be sucked into your carb or engine.

The coupler is designed to fit really tight. You may need to heat up the gray coupler with a blow dryer or heat gun in order to install onto the carb.  We made it tight in order to prevent dust from getting into your carb and engine.

Option 2: Send us your clutch and we install the yellow spring and the high stall clutch.

Option 3: We install your high stall clutch and 1500 rpm spring into a new clucth unit for you.

Option 4: Includes all of the above plus our performance exhaust which alone get you approximately 10% additional power.
