Ryan Cripe 4/15/23: I purchased a go-kart from another company. When I started it up for the first-time oil poured out of the engine case. The case had a crack in it. I called and talked to them for several months. In the end, not only did my daughters miss Christmas, the company was not able to get me a new engine. They did give me a small partial refund. So I was on my own to find an engine. I located BDX Performance who have a large engine selection. After talking to Doug, the BDX technician, I wish I had purchased my go-kart from BDX. Doug was able to tell me exactly what engine I needed and gave me some advice on engine installation. Not only do they have the parts they also have easy to talk to real technicians that can help me when I have a problem.

Don 5/19/23: I purchased a Fangpower 400 from Family Go-Kart. When it arrived the tail light was broken. I tried for weeks to get a tail light from Family Go-Kart and it seemed like it was going to be a long ordeal. I called BDX and though they did not have in stock they told me they could order it with their next air shipment from the Fangpower factory and have it in a couple of weeks. I later tried calling Family Go Kart to ask them how much coolant goes into the cooling system but they are not answering my calls now. It seems like they have put my number in an auto-do-not-answer database. So I called BDX. Since I did not purchase from them I would have to pay to talk to one of the technicians. At this point I wish i had purchased from BDX and I would have parts and tech support free.

Conley Watters 5/25/2023: I bought my first Trailmaster buggy from Family Go-Kart and almost immediately needed a spindle for the front steering and suspension. I called Family Go-Kart numerous times and each time was transferred from one department to another in a seemingly endless loop. It took them 3 months to locate the front spindle and get one to me. Just in my first call to BDX Performance I got to speak with a technician before I even purchased a vehicle. And I spent more time talking to him, and getting good substantive information, than all of the people combined at Family Go-Kart over three months. I am going to get either a 300cc Trailmaster or 300cc Spyder this summer and I definitely will be buying from BDX Performance. What they are saying is true--others simply are not structure to support what they sell.

Miranda Lofton, 5/26/2023: Purchased a Crossland UTV. It came with no ECU (computer) and we could not get one from the seller who sold it to us. I called BDX and they were able to locate one for me!
