Pickup and Delivery Warranty Insurance

Warranty Vehicle Pickup and Delivery Insurance:  With our warranty policy parts and labor are covered for the entire warranty period.  But you have to get the vehicle to our facility in CA or VA.  With this pickup and delivery insurance option BDXP will pick up your vehicle from your house and bring back to our factory for major warranty work and return it to you.  You pay $249 for this insurance option, at the time you purchase your vehicle, and you are covered for a warranty repair return and delivery. 

You must purchase this insurance at the time you purchase your vehicle!!

All products from all manufacturers have some small failure rate for their products of perhaps 1 failure out of every 100 vehicles sold.  If you happen to be the 1 unlucky out of 100, we pick up your vehicle and transport back to our factory to be repaired and bring back to you when the repair is complete.. 

Without this insurance if your vehicle breaks down, during the warranty period, and you desire returning to BDX for repair it will cost between $1000 and $1700 to return and deliver the vehicle back to you--$500 to $850 each way or more if an extra large vehicle. 

Why is this considered insurance?  Because you and others are paying a small fee upfront and to prevent a much larger expense later, in the unlikely event something bad happens.

What is considered a major warranty issue:

• An engine or transmission failure, gear box failure, over heating engine
• You have worked with the technicians and followed their advice, in a cooperative manner and cannot solve the problem.

What is NOT considered a major warranty issue:

• Tire wear
• CVT belt breaking (this is a wear and tear item) CVT belts wears out depending upon usage.
• Lights not working
• Gas gage or 
• Chain loose
• Adjustments
• Loose nuts and bolts.
• Rattling, squeaking noise.
• Tire alignment (this is a simple adjustment)
• Will not easily go into forward or reverse (this is a simple adjustment)
